Quake 3 MOD now Free

I used to play this game a few years back. Back then you need Quake 3 with a registered CD key then download and install the MOD. Urban Terror.

The Quake team gave away their game engine so the player base could continue to develop...and now you can get complete game without having to have Quake 3.
