Can someone please explain to me how Willie gets off with just a citation for possession of illegal substances?

If any of us were in the same situation, we'd be in jail and the key thrown away!!!!

Ridiculous!!!!

He's batting 2 for 2 atm. His tax evasion a few years ago would also have put most of us in jail aswell!

haha...his bus got stoped not that far from my house....I was told it was like a 1/2lb of maryjane and a bag of shrooms...funny thing is...the bus got stoped for a minor traffic ticket....and of course...they just had to search the bus....
