You need to install the AMD 64 X2 Processor driver:

I had no idea if you where running one of the dual core processor this was an option. Will report back if it works. 2006 release btw.

Edit: well after installing it, brought my score on 3DMARk03 from 23900 up to 27025! See tomorrow night what happens in-game.

Worked great no huge FPS gain but ranging from 50-180 gone now. Did a couple mission 2nite and rock solid on the FPS meter.
