That was a classic show. It had some great moments!

It's about the Home Guard, which was generally made up of soldiers too old, or otherwise unsuited for the regular army. They were tasked with the defence of England if Germany invaded, and were given very simple training, and weapons (if they were lucky). They were referred to as "Dad's Army" because of the average age of the soldiers.

That was pretty funny.
I've heard of the show, but this is the first I've seen of it.

I really liked the closing music, military drumbeat and then the airraid sirens...
