reminds me of trying to talk to verizon fios about small youtube clips taking forever to buffer...but really, how the fk can a company have a sales system and there be "no way" to refund a charge?? What BS. And what is this BS about "since you had a recording..." uhh wtf about the recording your company does with ever single phone call? Why not go back and listen to the comcast recording and verify hes telling the truth?

what bs these monopolies do this days
