Check this out if you haven't already.

It's basically a globe you can zoom right in on down to house level pretty much anywhere in the world.

Find your house, post the lat & lon in the PS forum in the link, and they'll write a file to import into Google Earth.

Edit: I can't wait for the Axis to start whining how CRS are biased and the world is nerfed because all the Allies live in the best houses.

The program looks really cool. Maybe I can convince Tonnya to put it on her computer so I can globetrot a bit.

She'll probably get stuck into Google Earth, and you won't get a chance to use it yourself Charlie!

Damn straight Scharbag!
If there's one thing we've got plenty of in Australia, it's nice beaches!
I guess you Canadians have snowdrifts that are just as beautiful.
Or maybe some kind of giant glacier tourist attraction.
People go to Canada to see the igloos right?
We get the beautiful beaches, you guys get the blizzards, so I guess it all evens out....

Arrgh... shot up fuelpump.

Because Norway has so many fjords it has a stupid amont off coast line - but only one beach. I'm taking the kids to it this summer - it's a 8-9 hour drive...

Man that's tough.
If I didn't get my 8 or so months annual exposure to sun, surf and half naked ladies I'd go crazy.

But in my travels I've seen snow at least 3 or 4 times, and it's got to be said that snow is beautiful, especially if you're in a warm, centrally heated house looking out the window at it.

Just bye a snowy landscape poster FuelPump, then but a frame around it to make it look like a window, that way you have the best of both...

Mt. Isa's a fair way off the coast I spose.
Isa's got a couple of river gorges and that kind of thing doesn't it?
Going to a river out in the bush, having a barbecue, slamming back a couple of mettalic mates and having a game of cricket or something is one of the reasons we all got arrested and sent to Australia in the first place.
That and the beaches...
How hard are the English kicking themselves now....?
"For the crime of stealing a loaf of bread, we're sentencing you to a lifetime of servitude with great beer, beaches, and some of the most beautiful women in the world."
"Bugger. What's the catch?"
"We're going to make sure that there is only shit on the TV, so you're going to have to go out and have barbecues and stuff instead Muahahahahaaa! That'll teach you to steal the Queens bread!"
"No, no! It can't be true!  :prayer: :partyman: :drinkers:
"But on a bright note, we're not complete arseholes, we'll bring Russel Crowe over from New Zealand for you, that'll be fun."
"There's gotta be a downside to everything I spose...."
