its not me i swear! lol
when they reset the servers they have to push syncs to the wiretap site, and since wiretap isnt supported by CRS its put on the back burner. so some things on the wiretap site work and are updated but some others are not. http://wiretap.wwiionline.com/xml/factorylog.1h.xml is where i get the graphs from, but this isnt updated so the graphs cannot be updated.
