Real Name: Ma

Age: 27

Location: Lincoln, NE

Bio: Born and raised in Nebraska to an Asian dad and Irish mom. By stereotypes, that makes me a drunk mathmetician.

I joined the Marine Corps in 2000 after failing out of the University, and am still actively participating in the reserves. My MOS's are Generator mechanic and Primary Marksmanship Instructor (teaching/requal Marines to shoot). I've been a Platoon Sergeant for a year and am now a Plt Commander as a Sergeant (E-5).

1 tour: 2004 March-September, Fallujah, Iraq. Welcome to real war.

I plan on another two years of the Corps, or until I finish college; whichever comes first. I'm working a degree towards Management Information Systems and Technology.

I've been playing this game since day 1 but have been off an on through various training cycles and deployments. I also had a long stint playing WoW which I will never return too. I'm going to see this game succeed or fail.

I ended up in a squad a long time ago called Black Ops then, upon returning joined up with RGJ who are an outstanding group of ground pounders. I dedicated myself to flying a few campaigns back and found that bombing was my niche. I trained up a few others in the art of level-bombing (which I learned from the Dambusters) and have been flying since.

I can't dogfight to save my life (or anyone elses) but I'll put a bomb on a Hiiamben's ass from 7k in a Havoc. I admire you lot and look forward to bombing the Axis back to tier -9.

I truly enjoy the RDP side and I've had a lot of fun doing what I call 'fishing'.

I basically level bomb an AO/FB pounding spawns over and over until I start racking up the kills. If anyone is bored and we aren't already running against the factories, I'm always in the mood to sponsor a good carpet bombing.

Nice write up there Ma, I now feel like I've know you for years..hehe, and on behalf of the Dambusters (of which you are now one) thanks for the kind words.

Seems like most of us here have a Military background of one sort or another!

:D may take u up on the carpet bombing ;)

Real name: Andreas Larsson

Age: 28

Location: Umeå, Sweden

Did 11 month of conscript service in the Swedish Airforce (F21 AFB in Luleå, Sweden) where I spent most of the time recording weather conditions (trained in meteorology) and watching SAAB 37 (I miss watching them train STOL for airshows) and SAAB 39 aircrafts. Didn't get much military ground training to speak of but I got to see a lot of aircrafts up close and that's all that matters. :P

After that I spent 6-7 year in university (I have two and a half exams) but that does not show on my paycheck.

Now I'm working as a system technician, mostly with installation and support of vehicle scale software systems. I'm involved a bit with handheld computers and vehicle/truck computers for industrial use. I'm also working with software development on above systems and hardware.

The first time I tried WW2Online was sometime 2002-2003 but I didn't start playing seriously until 2004. I've spent most of my time in the game with SAFD. I got very close to quit after campaign 39 but decided to play a map or two as axis instead. Came back allied for campaign 42 and decided to join the Dambusters.

During Be 1.28 beta I discovered a new way to program my Saitek X45 for divebombing with DB7 and Havocs so now you will see me very often airquaking axis troops down low at altitudes where it's actually possible to kill infantry. :)

ok i guess its been long enough, i mean ive only been here what 4 years?

Name: Caleb Luehrs

Age: 19 (20 in march)

Location: ATM stationed in Seoul South Korea

Born in Glenco MN, moved to Winner SD when i was 3 where my dad was a pastor of the church we lived right next to, then when i was 8 i moved to Lakeland FL. Lake Gibson High School is where i graduated from and after highschool i joined the US Army in July 2006. i trained to be a 25B (Information Technology Specialist) half way through AIT i got married to Amanda Luehrs and have been married for 1 year already. after AIT my first duty station was in Seoul South Korea.i have been here since May 07 and will be here untill May 09. Luckily the army allowed my wife to join me here in korea so we are both experiencing a new way of life, and waiting for it to warm back up to go out and explore korea more then we have. i still have untill 2012 untill i get out of the army so i am not to sure of what im going to do yet, as in stay in or get out and work as a computer guy somwhere.

I got into WWIIOL when my dads boss told him about a WWII game that the ppl play like real. as in the game having day and night and multiple things to pick from to do. so in 2003 my dad decided to let me try it out and get a month of DSL and a month subscription. well from that time on i have been hooked, not only by the game itself but by the ppl that play it. i have met and made more friends then i ever did growing up. Many of the ppl i look up to as mentors. The first squad i joined was "The Dogs", mostly a ground squad but we had a few plane and water guys. Ibe37 (my dads boss at the time) took me under his wing and showed me everything to get me going. doing FB runs back when u had to load a truck with a ton of sappers and prayed they all survived the ride to the FB, and ect. Ibe37 had a son only a year and a half younger then, Ibe13, so we became friends and hung out ingame and had fun lvl bombing town with Blens and ect. well then we met these two crazy dudes that had a squad that did "Strat" Bombing. those two crazy dudes turned out to be Kizmet and Charlie3. well after some time bombing with them us youngsters decided the game needed a French version of the Dambusters, so we began "The Titans" a french Strat Bombing squad. we were both in the AHC and did ok in the begining but after acouple of months we decided to merge with the 617 Dambusters. So then i joined the dambuster in 2004 and around that same time another crazy dude joined the squad from a french ground squad, his name was Reddog. and after putting up with me for awhile one late night he gave me a stern talking to, to set me right. by this time my dad left our family so i didnt have a father figure around, and reddog and the dambusters were the new victoms for this troublesome worry. i guess you can say they did a pretty good job. i love to strat bomb like a crazy monkey, we even used to have bombing weekend were all we did was bomb factories all day and night (i never could beat kizmet on these). so it bums me like crazy that CRS is giving RDP a big one right up the butt with no lube. i also enjoy flying fighters, and have become pretty good but not as good as allibone.

Other hobies besides hanging out with the wife and playing WWIIOL are shooting and creating 3D....

so i guess thats me in a nut shell

now wheres reddogs bio post?
