ingame squad commands

FSquad Tab:
- Added text fields for 8 character squad callsign
- Added text fields for 40 character squad name
- Added text fields for 255 character squad description
- Added text fields for 80 character squad homepage URL
- Added text fields for 400 character message of the day
- Added ability for HC staff with the MOTD permission to change the side MotD - Added ability for HC staff of Colonel and above to edit Brigade MotD
- Added fields for primary and second languages
- Added in-game squad member (detailed list including country, branch, brigade, mission and nearest city)
- Added "squad rank" to allow control over member permissions
- Added in-game squad management
- Added basic management: create, disband
- Added resign: allows co/xo to step down while promoting someone else to their role
- Added member management: recruit, accept, decline, leave, kick
- Added chat based commands in addition to button commands:
- /recruit <gamename>
- /accept
- /decline
- /leave
- /create <shortname> <longname>
- /disdand
- /remove <gamename>
- /promote <gamename>
- /demote <gamename>
- /resign <gamename> (demotes self to XO and give <gamename> CO rank)
- If the CO or XO try to /leave a squad with 5 or less members, the squad is disbanded
- If anyone leaves a squad with 2 or less members, the squad is disbanded

Squad Voting:
- Added /voteco commandound this in the readme file of the game.
